By accessing or using QR Seva, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

QR Seva provides a platform for restaurant owners to create and manage digital menus accessible via QR codes. The service includes menu management, QR code generation, template customization, and public menu hosting.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One restaurant per account unless otherwise authorized
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Misrepresent your restaurant or menu information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Use the service for any purpose other than restaurant menu management
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (restaurant information, menu items, images). By uploading content, you grant QR Seva a non-exclusive license to display and serve that content as part of the service (e.g., on your public menu page).

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

QR Seva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
